Residential care is evolving and leaders who champion person-directed living and empowered teams are defining what comes next. The Leading Empowered Cultures virtual course delivers a coaching mindset and practical tools to support staff stability, build critical thinking skills and strengthen community culture from within.
Developed from more than four decades of proven practices from THE GREEN HOUSE® PROJECT and Pioneer Network, this course equips leaders to build collaboration, boost retention and foster a workforce that thrives.
Continuing Education Credits
CE credit will be offered through:
- National Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards (NAB)
- Maryland Nurses Association (MNA) for nursing
- CEU approval for social workers is being pursued
Course Objectives.
- Formulate a plan to create and sustain a collaborative coaching culture at the organization.
- Develop and enhance coaching skills for person-directed leadership.
- Discover approaches to support staff to think critically and make value-based decisions.
- Relate to employees and teams in a manner that balances support and accountability.
- Help employees and teams to consider different perspectives and participate in problem-solving.
- Practice the skills of coaching in one-to-one interactions and with teams.
- Identify your advice monster and develop tools to grow empowerment.
