At the Table. On the Board. Leading the Way.

AgingIN was founded to challenge outdated models of care—and we continue to lead that charge at the national level. Our team serves in governance and advisory roles with organizations that are redefining excellence in long-term care and assisted living.

Through these affiliations, we advance person-directed living, champion relationship-rich environments, and elevate the Small House and Green House models as viable, research-backed solutions for better aging experiences. Our leadership at the table ensures that innovation is not just discussed—but implemented. These commitments to advancing human-centered leadership, small-house innovation, and person-directed practices are grounded in research and real-world application. We don’t simply participate in industry conversations—we help guide them.

The future of aging services will be shaped by those willing to collaborate, innovate, and act. AgingIN is proud to be among them.
