We Started as Volunteers—With Big Ideas and Even Bigger Hearts.

AgingIN was born from people who gave their time, talent, and energy to make life better for older adults. Before there were brands, conferences, or national platforms, there was simply a movement of committed caregivers, advocates, surveyors, and everyday people working together to make things better for elders.

Today, we’ve grown—but the spirit of volunteerism still drives everything we do.

If you believe in dignity, joy, and person-directed living for all, there’s a place for you here.

Fuel the future of aging.

Your gift helps us move the mission forward and spark action. With your help and those who have generously given in the past, we can:

  • Develop new tools for care teams.
  • Support grassroots State Coalitions.
  • Partner with researchers for advancing better care models and sharing their knowledge.
  • Amplify the voices of care partners and elders.
  • Host educational events and webinars across the country.

We’re a nonprofit—but more importantly, we’re a mission with momentum. Every dollar helps move us forward and get closer to a brighter future where communities of care teams and residents thrive.

Be a part of something meaningful.

From helping at events to supporting education, State Coalitions, or special projects—there are many ways to lend your time and talent.

You don’t have to be a long-term care professional to make a difference. You just have to care.

Stay tuned: We’re currently shaping what volunteerism looks like at AgingIN and we’ll be posting opportunities soon. In the meantime, let us know you’re interested and we’ll be in touch.

State Coalitions

State Coalitions

Change starts close to home.

Our State Coalitions are the local engines of national transformation—bringing together surveyors, ombudsmen, caregivers, providers, and families to learn, collaborate, and lead.

If your state has an active coalition, join them. If not, let’s build one together.

We’ll give you the toolkit, support, and national connection to get started.

Change doesn’t need to be loud. It just needs to be real.

Let’s make it—together.
