Patrick Crump

President and Chief Executive Officer, Morningside Ministries

Patrick Crump serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Morningside Ministries, overseeing three senior living communities that provide independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation services in San Antonio and Boerne, Texas. With more than 30 years of experience in aging services, Patrick is recognized for advancing innovative models of senior care. Before joining Morningside Ministries, he held executive leadership roles with Buckner Retirement Services, where he helped bring the first Green House homes to Texas in 2008. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Gerontology from Baylor University and has served in leadership roles with LeadingAge Texas and other community organizations.

Linnette Guidera, MBA

Vice President of Engagement, Mt. San Antonio Gardens

Linnette is the Vice President of Engagement at Mt. San Antonio Gardens, a life care continuing care retirement community serving 435 residents on a 30-acre campus in Southern California. Linnette is a Certified Green House Educator and Certified Eden Alternative Educator with 20 years of experience shaping culture and educating staff.

Erin Kolb, MSW, LCSW, NFA

Chief Executive Officer, Poydras Home

Erin Kolb serves as Chief Executive Officer of Poydras Home, a continuing-care retirement community in New Orleans with a 165-year legacy of serving older adults. She joined the organization in 2005 and brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare and aging services. Erin led Poydras Home’s $23 million expansion, introducing Louisiana’s first implementation of The Green House® Project model and advancing person-directed care. Under her leadership, Poydras Home also became an I’m Still Here® Center of Excellence for dementia care. Erin holds a Master of Social Work, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Nursing Facility Administrator, and is committed to creating compassionate, resident-centered communities that honor dignity, independence and meaningful aging.

Jessica McCollum, MBA, NHA

Chief Operating Officer, ThriveMore

Jessica McCollum, MBA, NHA, serves as Chief Operating Officer of ThriveMore, where she leads operational excellence and strategic growth across the organization’s senior living communities. She joined Baptist Retirement Homes in 2019 as Healthcare Administrator and advanced to Vice President of Operations before assuming the COO role in 2024. A licensed Nursing Home Administrator since 2012, Jessica brings more than 15 years of senior living experience focused on compassionate, high-quality care. Inspired by her grandmother’s journey with early-onset dementia, she is passionate about creating dignified aging experiences. Before healthcare, Jessica built her leadership skills in hospitality management. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from High Point University and an MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Administration.

 William Nettles

Strategic Consultant, Southern Administrative Services

William Nettles is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator currently serving as a Strategic Consultant with Southern Administrative Services, supporting initiatives across both Green House and traditional nursing home settings. A graduate of Baylor University with a degree in Business Management, William began his career in corporate human resources with a Fortune 100 company before transitioning into long-term care three years ago.

William’s introduction to long-term care came through training in the Green House model, where he gained a strong foundation in elder-centered care and small house operations. The Green House philosophy continues to guide his daily decision-making and consulting work, especially as he partners with teams to strengthen operations, support caregivers, and create meaningful environments for elders.

Maureen Reilly

Chief Operating Officer, The Mustard Seed Project of Key Peninsula

Maureen Reilly joined The Mustard Seed Project in 2014 as the Transportation Coordinator, moved on to become the Office and Facilities Coordinator in 2017 and was promoted to Operations Director in 2018. In 2025 Maureen was appointed Chief Operating Officer. Among other duties, she oversees all the HR responsibilities for the Crandall Senior Center staff as well as the staff for the Mustard Seed Village assisted living and memory care homes.

Maureen has many years of Office and Property Management experience following 20+ years in Medical Research and has a Master of Science in Microbiology. She has lived in four countries on three continents and has worked with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.

Melissa Schneider, MBA, LNHA, LALD

Chief Operating Officer, Episcopal Homes of Minnesota

Melissa Schneider, MBA, LNHA, LALD, serves as Chief Operating Officer of Episcopal Homes of Minnesota, a nonprofit senior living organization serving older adults across the continuum of care. With more than 15 years of leadership experience in aging services, Melissa is recognized for advancing operational excellence, quality improvement, workforce engagement, and innovative care models. Episcopal Homes operates six Green House homes on its St. Paul campus, the only Green House nursing homes in Minnesota. Melissa has championed person-directed care at both the state and national levels, including providing testimony to Minnesota policymakers on the success of the Green House model. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

Andrea Wappel

President & CEO, Silver Services Eldercare

Andrea Wappel is President and CEO of Silver Services Eldercare, bringing more than 15 years of leadership experience in senior living, healthcare administration, human resources, operations, and organizational development. She has led complex organizational transformations, managed multimillion-dollar initiatives, and championed innovative care models that improve the lives of older adults. Andrea played a key role in introducing Canada’s first Green House Project model, advancing resident-directed care, meaningful relationships, and a new vision for senior living. Known for combining strategic leadership with practical execution, she is passionate about building strong teams and sustainable organizations that deliver exceptional care. Outside of work, Andrea is an accomplished musician and performer whose creativity and discipline inspire her leadership approach.
