The AgingIN Conference is an annual gathering of professionals, thought leaders, and innovators who are united by a shared commitment to improving the quality of life for older adults and transforming the culture of aging services. Each year, the conference convenes a highly engaged community seeking ideas that are inspiring, practical, and grounded in person-directed values. The conference brings together the AgingIN community, including The Green House® Project and Pioneer Network.

The theme for the 2026 conference is Peak Purpose, inspired by the majestic mountains of Colorado. This theme reflects our collective aspiration to reach new heights in meaning, impact, and transformation across aging services—through leadership, innovation, and courageous practice.
We invite you to be part of this experience by submitting a proposal for a 60-minute concurrent session. Our goal is to inspire participants while equipping them with practical tools, resources, and best practices they can take back to their organizations.
Session proposals will be reviewed based on relevance, alignment with mission and values, innovation, engagement, inclusion of elder and care partner voices, and practical application.
