This gathering is built for senior executives who want concrete answers, real data, and proven models—not theory.
Across the country, C-suite teams are weighing major decisions:
- Should we continue operating skilled nursing?
- Should we reposition into a higher-acuity assisted living model?
- Can we redesign into a small-house environment—and what does it really cost?
- Is an exit from skilled nursing the financially responsible move?
