This coaching-based course strengthens leadership habits, communication, critical thinking, and team stability while supporting retention and person-directed living. Leaders will be equipped to create workplace cultures where care professionals feel valued, capable, and empowered to act.
This train-the-trainer course prepares designated staff to facilitate Small House education for their own teams, including the principles, practices, and team roles that bring Small House living to life. Trainers leave equipped to guide staff learning and help translate Small House concepts into consistent everyday practice.
